A nice out of town traditional pub, the carvery was very nice on Sundays. A few options to choose from on the regular menu but all tastes nice. If you go in a large party better book a table, would be a nice place to visit in the summer

WE went as aparty of 3 last Saturday evening for a meal and was made to feel very welcome. The meal portions are excellent and the Garlic MUshrooms are out of this world! A must have?? A bit out in the sticks from MOrecambe and HEyshem but differently worth a visit

We have visited the Globe on many occassions and must say that the Sunday roast is excellent, you can have as much or little as you want as it is carvery style.... after a brisk walk around Sunderland point it is just what the doctor ordered!!
