Lorna and Ben couldn't have made our stay in East House any better. They are a lovely couple and made us feel instantly at home. The house is beautiful and exceptionally well kept. The views from the bedrooms are stunning and the cooked breakfasts are everything you could wish for. We cannot recommend this guest house highly enough. More

Just outside Hawes in Gayle so easy parking and quiet but a pleasant walk of 1/2 mile or so to Hawes. Hosts very welcoming and friendly. My husband and I stayed here for the first time at The East House Guest House and couldn't fault a single thing! It is located in Gayle just a short walk from Hawes. Very centrally located and with beautiful views on the top of a hill. The rooms and the whole house were immaculately clean and the breakfast was delicious.... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. Good size room with ensuite bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. TV lounge downstairs. Off-road parking for 2 cars but also parking across the street. Host, Lorna, is very friendly and gives good tips on walks in the area. Good location for travelling anywhere within the Dales. More
