We stayed for one night, one very restful night. It's a bit difficult to find. The picture is not helpful as it is taken from the back side. There aren't enough superlatives to describe this place. Beautiful quiet location in a 'model' victorian 'village'. Lovely bedrooms and guest lounge. Quiet unobtrusive attentive service. Evening meals available on request. Not to be missed. Lots more to do in the area than you realise at first - will be making a special trip back. More

Lovely place to stay. Welcoming, friendly and couldn't be any more accomodating. Only thing that could have been better was the shower. Wasn't a thermostatic one and so had to be careful when running taps that shower didn't get too hot for a child. Will definately return again soon hopefully. More
