The previous negative reviews of bad service and unfriendly staff have either been exagerated or resolved by a change in staff. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. The hotel is has a great setting, adjacent to the Lindisfarne Priory and with views of the harbour and castle. The service was friendly, the food was great and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommended, great value for money too. More
