As a base for a short stay the Manor is a good choice. When the refurbishment is complete (an enormous job) this will be a first-rate place to stay. Attended a private party at this establishment earlier this month. Poor service and attention to detail was displayed throughout the night and the management failed to meet basic expectations and were full of empty promises. A more innovate approach and improved customer service very much required.

We visited this lovely hotel for a meal and was amazed at the quality and service .The meal was the best we have had in the area and the hotel setting is lovely. Looking forward to going back in the future

Never knew this place existed ... But what a find ! My partner and I visited at lunch time for the winter warmer menu, staff and owners very welcoming, service was speedy and the food divine. Lovely old building and surrounding park land, with interesting heritage. Well done guys and I hope the rest of the restoration goes smoothly.
