This is a really nice hotel in an excellent location and with good food and value. It's right on Church Green, a beautiful green space surrounded by historic buildings at the hearty of Witney. Parking is good.

Nice hotel staff friendly , had a cook breakfast but its seen like the food was reheated and dump on a plate .no butter for toast or side plate everything all on one plate not happy for the price we payed

Food was poor and bland, the place could of done with cleaning as the bar looked quite dirty, staff were distance and not really a great deal of help, and felt I was being watched all the time. I would recommend eatting somewhere else in witney.

We booked last minute and paid £55 bed and breakfast. This was excellent value for money. We stayed in room 3 in the annex. The room was no frills but clean and with an excellent power shower.
