Fantastic place where the service is exceptional. We were here for a meeting and had an evening event. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from check in to check out. Possibly the best service I have recieved in the UK for a long time. The towel animals were a nice touch too. More

This was our second visit to this hotel in two years. Check-in was smooth and everything was well explained.
