stayed for 3 nights as it was the closest and cheapest to Alton towers,even though it still around 45 mins away...but then most places are at least 25 so it wasn't a problem and was expected,they put us on the top floor out the way which was nice and the room was standered premier inn only problem we had was... “Very good place to stay”

We came up to Burton on Trent to visit friends from abroad and this was the first time we have stayed in a Premier Inn. The hotel and its staff were exhalent; they gave attentive but unobtrusive service. We would recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here whilst visiting friends and Family in Nottingham, Derby, Burton and Birmingham - and never really had to drive 30 minutes to get to any of them... There is a huge Morrisons (with Petrol) immediately adjacent to the hotel, a McDonalds, and a few Beefeater-esque restaurants (including one attached to the hotel). “went over and beyond my expectations”

The rooms were fantastic, cleaned every day, the hotel receptionist megan looked after me the entire stay, nothing was too much for her she wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and I never saw her without a smile on her face, she truly is an asset to the company, we had absolutely no problems in the week... “Good quiet family room.”

The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights. The room service was good. The Beefeater next door was a little suspect. Had a terrible Steak and the Mushrooms were even worse. Good food near by by way of a new Toby Inn which would be worth a try.
