For my Mums Birthday Treat this year we had arranged for me to take her to The Grail Court Hotel for a Birthday Meal. It was just the two of us. None of us had ever been before and I knew that my Mum had always wanted to go there, hense why I picked this location to wine and dine... More

My stay here was by far the best experience i have had in Burton on Trent. We had room 11 and the carpet was fine, we also used room 14 and that was a fantastic room. Food, Excellent. Price, good value. Staff, some of the best, will do everything they can to accommodate, even let us come down for breakfast... More

Just had a weekend at this hotel whilst visiting my daughter and was very happy with my choice. Brian and the staff were very helpful and polite and the room was comfy and clean. The bar closes early but they are quite happy to stay open for you if you are in there. No complaints.

Nice staff, helped me with booking a taxi, location is quite close to train station and town centre. Bed was quite comfortable and the linen was clean. A medieval theme running through the hotel is not to my taste, but is consistant and a lot of attention to detail on the decor. The room had not been hoovered, the chair... More

I stayed here a few months back and was utterly dissapointed. The staff were ignorant and the room was very small and cluttered. The underneath of the bed had obviously not had a clean as there were cigarette butts and general rubbish under it. After stayeing here i had encountered a rash on my hands and lower arm from the... Best Place I've stopped in a long, long time. Forget travelodge and premier inn, they are your basic standard. This hotel goes one step higher than the mundane experience. Customer service is the best I've seen in such a long time. Thanks to Rob and Brian.

Anyone who is thinking of having a wedding reception should look no further than the Grail Court Hotel. The Manager, Brian, was absolutely fantastic, helping out with everything and making sure it all ran smoothly (a big massive thankyou to Rob & Jess as well). The hotel itself is Arthurian in theme and is just a lovely environment. Would we... More

First of all, the nightclub has closed so no worries about being kept awake all night. B/B in a double was only £56 so as far as I`m concerned its good value. Room was clean, the shower worked which from previous experiences was a bonus. The owner is really friendly and helpful. It`s not luxury but at £56 what do... More

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Old building with basic rooms which were very clean. Great value for money. Excellent personal service from the friendly manager and his assistant. Nothing was too much trouble. Good breakfast which was cooked to order. The only slightly annoying thing was that the bar closed at 10.45pm (even for residents) and were were asked... More
