Best Place I've stopped in a long, long time. Forget travelodge and premier inn, they are your basic standard. This hotel goes one step higher than the mundane experience. Customer service is the best I've seen in such a long time. Thanks to Rob and Brian. More

Anyone who is thinking of having a wedding reception should look no further than the Grail Court Hotel. The Manager, Brian, was absolutely fantastic, helping out with everything and making sure it all ran smoothly (a big massive thankyou to Rob & Jess as well). The hotel itself is Arthurian in theme and is just a lovely environment. Would we... More

First of all, the nightclub has closed so no worries about being kept awake all night. B/B in a double was only £56 so as far as I`m concerned its good value. Room was clean, the shower worked which from previous experiences was a bonus. The owner is really friendly and helpful. It`s not luxury but at £56 what do... More

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Old building with basic rooms which were very clean. Great value for money. Excellent personal service from the friendly manager and his assistant. Nothing was too much trouble. Good breakfast which was cooked to order. The only slightly annoying thing was that the bar closed at 10.45pm (even for residents) and were were asked... More

There is nothing that is too much trouble for the friendly staff at this city centre hotel. As I was working for three days at an event at Coopers Square shopping centre this was the closest to rail and centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast cooked to order...poached eggs perfect. This is the second stay at... More

I recently stayed at the Grail Court Hotel for a stag night with a group of friends. Firstly I would like to comment on the positives as I appreciate the negative points may be on account of my personal preferences, rather than being significant faults with the hotel itself. The foyer, reception and restaurant are well decorated and provide a... More

Stayed at the Grail Court for one night by myself, arrived late from Newcastle, but had arranged for a late arrival by calling beforehand. Great location - only a 5-10 minute walk from rail station, past Coors/Bass brewery, hotel is close to Sainsbury's, and many shops and restaurants as well. Room was decent, not luxury but for what I paid,... More
