Our first stay at this particular Travelodge, which was originally an Innkeepers Lodge. As such the accommodation is not "standard" Travelodge, but clean and comfortable nonetheless. Reception staff were friendly. Biggest plus, but also the biggest drawback, was the on-site Toby Carvery. We arrived at 4-30pm on a Sunday afternoon, unable to find a car parking space anywhere near the... More

Arrived early evening, check in easy. Extra pillows and tea given out. Room clean and tidy and slightly larger than the norm. Quiet. Good value and would stay again. Right next door to the Toby Carvery, which was fantastic value...it was busy but we were in no rush. Food and service excellent. Only let down were the beers - not... More

I usually book into a Travelodge when travelling on business as they're a cost effective option. I expected this one to be much the same as all the rest. On arrival I asked for a 'quiet' room, which was handled very well, putting me to the back of the hotel, away from the road. The room was much better than... More

Stayed just before christmas last year. Comfortable, clean and warm.Good to have twin beds rather than just doubles. Carvery adjoining busy but only had to wait 10 minutes for a table. Convenient location. More

We visited the carvery on my fathers 90th birthday with family and the food, service and value were absolutely first class. We arrived early and the staff found a very pleasant table which was great for our party which was made up of 6 pensioners. The quality and quantity of food was outstanding and we all had more than enough... More

The Toby wasn't recognised by your search engine, but it exists right next to the hotel and we are delighted that it does. I know nothing about the Travelodge, but its meals are provided by The Toby Carvery, which is far and away the best value place for good food and service in the whole Blackwater Valley, from Farnham through... Stayed here one night- New Year's Eve after a party. Having read other reviews was not particularly hopeful but must say was pleasantly surprised. It was as you would expect for a budget hotel. The room was of an adequate size, the bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom equipped with good large towels and there were tea making facilities.... More

This review in no way reflects the staff at this Travelodge who I've always thought were very welcoming and friendly. I've stayed here a few times but last nights stay well and truly will be the last - There is no sound insulation between rooms - I stayed on the 1st floor right at the end of the corridor -... More
