Stannings offers excellent accommodation, great food, and mountain bike rentals. We had a wonderful time with John & Sue. This was our second time around and we enjoyed our time at Stannings even more. The hosts were accommodating: they picked us up at Heathrow, gave us comfortable surroundings, and even took us mountain biking on the South Downs. What more... More

“Great place to stay”

We stayed here for 3 nights househunting in the West Sussex area - our third such trip for the purpose. We tried 2 other B&B's in West Sussex for our 2 earlier trips, but next time we visit we'll stay at Stannings again for preference. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a quiet fan thoughtfully provided to help us... More

We stayed for a night on a tour along the south coast of England. Stannings is really well placed to walk or cycle for miles along the sea front. Sue and John made us so welcome and made that extra effort to make sure we had everything we wanted. Stannings is really clean and comfortable and they gave us exactly... More
