We only stayed 2 nights in a Superior Room, with dinner. The hotel is quite central, on the sea front near the pier, with lots of private free car parking space, we were house hunting. The hotel has dreadfully squeaking passage way floors and doors that bang, they could easily fix the doors with some felt. The room was OK... More

No spare pillows available on request. Dripping tap guest will have to put up with it overnight. Food basic with staff whipping plates away. Some of reception staff most unhelpful. Location good. Beach and promenade lovely

Really great service at this hotel. Very good price for a comfortable over-night stay. Fantastic location! Only grumble would be that the breakfast could be better. Would definitely return to the Norfolk. Nice that parking was free the whole time we were in Bognor.

I stayed one night and was very impressed with the sea view room large and clean.The food was good value and is reflected in the quality. It appears that this hotel has a large coach clientele which was not a problem for me. Overall room was excellent food needs to be improved but still excellent value
