Very welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely, cosy inn with open fireplaces. Stayed at the Halfway Bridge for one night on route to Portsmouth. Lovely bar, food 1st class and the barn conversion rooms were faultless. Would definately recommend it. Staff can't do enough to make sure your stay is enjoyable. More

This is a lovely place to stay. We had a large, comfortable room. The food is excellent, and the service spot-on. The inn is easy to find, but right near lovely country walks and views. Although the location is on the main road, the accommodation (in tastefully converted barns) is set right back in pretty, peaceful surroundings. More

A great place to stay, that I can't fault. Comfortable, clean rooms where everything is thought of (including an extensive CD/DVD collection for you to choose from!). The bar/restaurant is perfect for excellent food, great wine and paper reading by the open fires. I highly recommend a visit! More
