We had booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child one month prior to our stay, when we arrive we were told that the room didn't have enough beds for us all and that there were no more rooms available, my adult daughter had to sleep on pillows on the floor (We were discounted $10 for the mix up).... To "Sleepless Night" We regret the mis-communication in regards to the number of guests that were to stay in your room. There must have been an error with the original reservation. Good location. Great value. Excellent dining. Woke up to see the Spirit berthing opposite. Very convenient. All good. Helpful and friendly staff especially as we arrived quite late. Perfect choice to board the morning ferry

I have stayed here a few times while on business. I have found it extremly good value and the few times I have eaten here the food has been very good. I can recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here.

“Restaurant was not worth it”

We went for dinner, menu was extremely limited, 2 adults and a bottle of wine later $175 we walked 2 minutes to McDonald's for desert and cheeseburgers, has a nice clean at,osphere but food was a big miss!

We went on the Monday the 9 April 2012 waiting for the ferry to get us back to Melbourne . Menu is great food presentation very good ,well presented flavor some and great value for pub food. We booked 9 rooms for the triathlon weekend and it was just what we need. Accom was basic but clean, food was cheap at the pub $10 meals. Right in the heart of town. The price for the room was thumbs up

The room was freezing cold with only a small heater not suitable for warming a room that size. The shower screen was broken.
