We stayed here on our honeymoon and this was one of our favourite places to stay while we drove around Tasmania. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Was close to everything we needed. We would stay there again.

It's great to hear that Tassie is still on the 'honeymoon destination' bucket list. Thanks for including Eagle Peaks during your special time and we hope you have a long and happy marriage. More

My wife and I stayed here in March and found the accommodation to be of a very high standard and backed up by superb service from the owners Iain and Belinda. The studios are very well presented with excellent views and feel very private. I asked to use a mountain bike and Iain went with me and showed me some... More

To all you potential mountain bikers........ You may have to pick your time to visit as your host has trashed is body over the years, the result being the odd injury issue. Many thanks for your review and it was a great pleasure showing you some of the not so accessible areas. More

Had a fabulous stay at Eagle Peaks. The studios were very well maintained, appears to be new, very clean, cosy and stylish at the same time. We really enjoyed the deck with water views and the self catering facility came in handy as there weren't many dining options in the area. Breakfast and miscellaneous provisions provided in the studio such... More

It's amazing the relaxing effect water views have. Combined with a dozen or so local oysters and a bottle of Tasmanian Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot, who needs a DVD player??? (unfortunately there is no where local to hire movies)....... More

My wife and I stayed at Eagle Peaks for 5 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. These superb self-contained units, located just 5 minutes from Coles Bay, provide every home comfort you could require. From the moment you step through the front door you get that 'wow' factor, with breathtaking views of the bay. The hosts are friendly and welcoming,... More

We stayed in Studio 1 at Eagle Peaks for 3 nights while touring around Tasmania and found the accommodation really excellent. Iain and Belinda were very welcoming and ready to assist in any respect. We used this as a base to visit Freysinet National Park which was only a short distance away. We were slightly disappointed that it was not... More

When staying just a few nights in the area, the existing selection of eating venues is generally sufficient. Hopefully with time we will get a few more restaurants and cafes in town for our many visitors to choose from. More

Stayed for 3 nights at Eagle Peaks in Studio 1. First class studio, self catering accommodation perfect for the two of us. Iain and Belinda are well organised welcoming hosts and the studio is well designed and absolutely spotlessly clean and well maintained. Coles Bay just a few minutes up the road and there is plenty to do outdoors around... More

The kangaroos are always welcome...... They get me out of mowing the lawn so regularly. I only wish they would dispose of their droppings elsewhere as I still need to use the lawnmower & catcher to 'scoop up the poop'.... More

Eagle Peaks has quickly become one of our top holiday accomodations, after staying there for two nights in late Feb. We occupied the Beach House which we found really comfortable and spacious - enjoying the luxury of our own rooms complete with comfy double beds and good pillows (very important factor IMO). The house was clean, modern and decked out... More

Many thanks for your comments and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Due to Eagle Peaks still being a relatively new property the vegetation we have planted to act as screens between the Studios and the Beach House are still maturing. We are confident that with time they will provide total privacy to our guests (provided the wallabies give... More

Just a 10 minutes drive from Coles Bay in the car. You will find the one/ two bedroom cottage seems secluded in its own little spot has two units and the main house close by as well but you still feel you are have your own private space. A walk to the beach is 10 minutes and a variety of... More

The mussels, oysters scallops & crays from the Oyster Farm are certainly very good but it's a shame that the closest place to buy fresh fish is Bicheno. The Edge being the closest restaurant to Eagle Peaks however regularly serves blue eyed trevalla which is a must to try while in Tasmania. More

Hard to express just how great Eagle Peaks is. Belinda and Iain are so relaxed and welcoming that you feel like you've known them for years. The cabin we stayed in was perfect in every detail.
