This is the third time we have stayed at the Sharonlee Strahan Villas. The cabins are an older style but still very sufficient. The owners, Pam and Mark are super friendly. The grounds are well looked after. They are not situated directly in the township area, but only a 2 minute drive from there.

Well this was unfortunately a 2 night stay for us. This place is very dated and uncomfortable for the $200+ a night cost. It smelt funny, bed was hard as a rock, small bathroom with shower curtain and the air conditioning stated in the description was a pedestal fan. On the upside it was clean and lady at reception was very nice. It is also out of town a bit so we had to drive everywhere. Definitely not worth the money and I don’t recommend, best to stay elsewhere!

We had a fabulous time in Strahan. Made especially good thanks to Pam at Sharonlee Villas. She organised the boat cruise to Sarah Island which was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and clean and extremely comfortable. We will definitely return when we are next in Tasmania. Thank you Pam. You are a beautiful person and a gem.

We stayed two nights in a two bedroom villa with everything we needed for a weekend away. The place was impeccably clean and the heater warmed the whole area very well. The decor isn’t modern, the fittings are basic and the kitchen wasn’t extensively stocked but it was plenty for a weekend away. The dining table and lounge suite only seated 3 which was inconvenient and odd. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

This place is stuck in the past and was in the worst place I have ever stayed!!!! The dead bugs on our pillows lead to an uncomfortable night with 2 upset kids. The tea and coffee was hidden and so we did not use any amenities. The bathroom had no toiletries not even soap. I just don’t understand. The rooms where a lot different to the pictures and we did not feel safe. I advise these issues on check out and left in tears. Stay somewhere else!!!

Our two bedroom cabin was perfect for our family. Self contained with a small fridge, cook top, microwave and a sink. The whole place was very clean and well maintained. There is a lounge suite and a dining table as well as a big TV. Wifi was good. Seperate bathroom and toilet, shower pressure was great. Well positioned in Strahan, a short walk along the shore to the Main Street and close to the Supermarket. Pam easy to deal with and gave good advice for activities to do in the area.

Stayed here for one night. One night too long! The lady at reception was very friendly, but the accommodation was very substandard. The minute you opened the front door you could smell a musty, unpleasant smell. The decor, and all amenities in the villa needs replacing. In fact the whole place needs to be knocked down! Would not recommend.

Worst night sleep ever. Rattlely Windows. Howling droughts. creaky doors. Hurt my neck the pillows and bed were so hard.after driving 7 hours, this was nice for the first 4hours. I just woke up and am still lying in this cardboard bed. Never written a review before but this was so bad. And this is just the first night. We have more to come. Hopefully we can get our money back.NOT GOOD ENOUGH. STAY AWAY.

Great place to relax after drive from Hobart. IGA just down the street for provisions. They sell local produce. Delicious apples by the bag! Close to the Harbour for early cruise departure. Very clean and well equipped cabins. We chose a two bedroom unit. Even had a electric blanket on the bed. 👌 Short walk to waterfront

This was an over-priced bungalow for what you get. The bungalow itself was appointed with the cheapest of fittings. The shower, the cheapest shower head one could buy, barely dripped out water. The door knobs looked like they were picked up in a second hand bargain basement and I felt unsafe as the front door knob felt insecure and there was no chain. Blankets on the bed were full of allergens and the bungalow had a musty smell. Position-wise it was a fair distance from the town. We only chose this as Strahan was mostly booked out and the hefty price led us to believe it would probably be good but sadly no. Thumbs down.
