The hotel is average, kind of on the old side, but the food is good in both the bar and restaurant. The staff is quite helpful, especially the van drivers. They pick us up at the airport and also pick us up at the office and bring us to the airport. More

We booked the Holiday Inn through hotwire.com and got a great rate. Rates were much cheaper than in downtown Cleveland. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Cleveland, access to highway just minutes from the hotel. Stayed here with my Dad on a Friday night. He was a little chagrined during our 9pm check-in because the bar and lobby were seriously hoppin' with cougars and gents with loosened ties. Very nice property with freat staff and a great lounge downstairs with entertainment for a good nightcap after a long day of work. It is only a 15 minute drive to downtown Cleveland, so it is near everything. Will definitely stay here next time I go back to Cleveland. More
