We travel often throughout the year with our daughter's softball team. We were only at this hotel for a quick overnight but were very pleased and will reserve again for our group when in the area. The staff were friendly, accomodating and the hotel was very clean. The beds and linens were very comfortable and clean.

The Hampton Inn in Kent Ohio has completed it remodel and it is very nice. New carpeting, remodeled breakfast area, new bathrooms in guest rooms. Conveniently located and the best of all is the staff. They couldn't try harder to please their guest.

I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have an excellent fitness center. It was clean and their equipment is up to date. It is in a convenient location and has many restaurants nearby.

Would completely recommend the Hampton Inn in Kent, Ohio. We stayed there as part of a High School baseball trip and everything was taken care of. There was a ton of people in the hotel and you never even noticed.

Redone to meet the high standards of current Hampton Inns. Even a bit nicer than others that have been remodeled. Nice indoor pool/hot tub and fitness center. Clean room with cozy bed. Friendly staff.

Extremely helpful staff, they helped me get a large document printed. The manager offered to go down to Kinko's herself to get the document printed. I really appreciated that, especially that some pages were in color.

I really like this particular Hampton Inn, it is tastefully decorated and very cozy. The front desk associate was very polite. The coziness of the beds are the best I have experienced so far in a Hampton. The bathroom was very clean and presentable.
