I stayed here during my grandmother's funeral and every aspect of visit was amazing. The staff is courteous, warm, inviting, and go above & beyond to make each night memorable. They all deserve a huge raise!

We could not have asked for a more comfortable or hospitable place to stay! The furnishings and decor were beautiful, the pool and fitness area was great, breakfast delicious and most of all: the staff was amazingly accommodating. They answered any questions about the area we had and recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner with free appetizer coupons!

Rooms are nice and clean. The only downside was the selection for dinner. The hotel is located near so many things. It works out well. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything worked properly. The staff was friendly and nice.

Room was what I expect of Residence Inns. I stayed in 1 bedroom suite which was spacious and suited my needs. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the seperate sleeping quarters. Everyone was very sweet and accommodating. The hotel itself was a wonderful place to stay with pets. The breakfast was great too. I stay here anytime I am in the Youngstown area. I'm shocked to see a few negative reviews. This is a fantastic hotel. They just finished renovations and they did an amazing job. Front desk (Mary Lou) was really friendly. The breakfast attendant was also very pleasant. Rooms are very spacious. I wouldn't change anything. I will be back soon.
