Always a smile from the front desk, then a cheerful welcome from the breakfast staff. A nice way to start the day. The bed system does not appear to work as advertised. I chose it for the location (normally I use other Hilton brands), but I do like the cooked-to-order breakfast.

The price was affordable as compared to others nearby and the amenities were great. Wonderful, friendly staff and nice breakfast option with Hilton Honors perks. The location is close enough to walk to restaurants and also near local attractions. I will stay there again.

It's a typical Hilton Garden Inn. Clean ammenities, well appointed and greatly located 20 minutes from downtown Cinncinatti. However after paying for the room in full prior to my arrival, I was charged for my night's stay again after I left. The problem is being resolved, but's it's still a hassle.

Excellent hotel conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Very helpful employees at the front desk both at check-in and check-out. Cooked to order breakfast buffet was very good.

Sharonville Hilton Garden Inn has very nice facilities and a helpful courteous staff. I will definitely stay at this location again when in the area. This location is convenient for all the shopping and local attractions in the area.

The employees at the Hilton Garden Inn in Sharonville are the most hospitable people you would ever meet at a hotel. Especially great is the concierge in the mornings and the concierge overnight. The rooms are spectacular.

Room was best I've ever had at Hilton, very clean and attention to detail to make sure every amenity was in place every day. Breakfast staff was very attentive and quality was great. Near Sharonville Convention center and just off the freeway.
