A night or two at the Black Squirrel Inn will make your stay in Wooster all the better. The location, a block from College of Wooster, is perfect for visiting the campus. Fong is a wonderful host, has a great knowledge of the college and the city, and serves a fabulous breakfast. I hope I have a chance to visit... More

Stayed at the Black Squirrel Inn while visiting a College of Wooster Freshman. The location is perfect - less than a mile from the Wooster campus. The McIlvaine Room was very nice and comfortable. The bed was a little firm for my taste, but it certainly didn't hinder my sleep! The furnishings were lovely, the room and ensuite bathroom were... More

I visited The Black Squirrel with my teenage daughter a couple of weeks ago and had a fantastic stay. On a whim we decided to pick a bed and breakfast as opposed to a standard hotel. We couldn't have made a better choice! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Ours was a little small but had all the standard amenities,... More

I took my grand daughter to see Wooster College. We both loved the Inn and Fong, the owner and innkeeper. The rooms were lovely, and oh so comfortable. And breakfast was truly a treat. Never miss breakfast. Fong uses only the best. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I traveled to wooster for a conference. We love B&Bs so it was natural for us to book one. The Victorian style home was cozy, comfortable and very warm. The Innkeeper and her help were all very very hospitable and inviting. They made you feel like family. The location is close to many fun artisan shops. The... More

While the rooms were very comfortable, my favorite part of the stay was the breakfast. The innkeeper is an excellent cook. She was also very knowledgeable about the College and was a pleasure to talk with.

Stayed here during a visit to the College of Wooster. Great hospitality with a delicious breakfast. Innkeeper is friendly and genuinely happy to help. The king size bed is very firm. I did 't mind and slept very well. Would definitely recommend.

Some friends and I decided to hold a New Years Eve reunion party at the Black Squirrel Inn. We are all alums from the College. We couldn't have picked a better place! The Inn is beautiful, and we had more than enough room, even though we took up the whole house! Fong was a very gracious and accommodating host, and... More

Stayed here for College of Wooster visit with my daughter. We were immediately calmed and comforted in the space. Breakfast was a delightful experience, enhanced by rich conversations with a fellow guest. Can't wait for my next visit!

I was in Wooster this past week for an amazing symposium at the college. Not only is the place quirky and cute, the bed was very comfortable as well! The most amazing part of my stay, though, was definitely breakfast. Fong and Jessica make an amazing, seemingly never-ending breakfast every day, including chocolate chip scones, raspberry pound cake and some... More
