Called at 2:30am to book the room and the price was a little high. However; it never hurts to haggle a little. Much better price and a check-in at 4:15am made for a descent nights rest. We were disappointed in our stay at this hotel. Not up to the normal Hilton standards. Hotel rooms very much in need of an update. Breakfast was below average. The staff was outstanding and friendly, the motel was older, clean, but somewhat noisy (guests next door and above). The pool was small and Whirlpool didn't work. he business center had no fax machine and we had to travel about 5 miles to a Staples to fax some documents. the gym was adequate.

There were a few hotels in the area of Zanesville, this being the only Hilton. The first desk staff was very nice and helpful. I was able to walk to the Olive Garden next door and bring back some dinner. There are also a few other places to eat within walking distance too. The hotel is right of the highway... More

staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. the breakfast omelets were good. did not use pool or exercise room, but everything looked clean. no cookies in the evening. overall a good stay. would stay here again. thought room was expensive for area.

Typical Hampton with fantastic beds and extremely clean. An excellent location close to many shops and places to eat. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was typical with cold breakfast and biscuits and gravy...maybe not the best for picky kids but a fine for most. We made a last minute trek to Zanesville, OH recently. We did not have a reservation booked before pulling in to the hotel, and thankfully they still had rooms. The front desk agent greeted us warmly and offered us coffee and tea while checking us in. The hotel itself seems tired. You can tell it's not a new Hampton Inn.... More

This is your typical road side Hampton but very clean and appears that the hotel has recently been updated. Beds were great, nice shower, plenty of towels, courteous staff and easy access from the highway.
