In room 212, bathroom wall had black hand prints. Black smudges on bedroom wall also. Room smelled musty. Looks like we'll look for something other than Best Western on our next trip.

Overcharged by one day and made to pay an extra $230 for smoking in a non smoking room even though I am a non smoker. Management told me I was lying and they were not reimbursing me. Asked to see documentation and they had none , just hit my debit card and went on their merry way. I will never...

Melody checked us in with a friendly smile. Microwave and fridge provided. Pet friendly. The room was very clean. The decorating was o.k., although the florescent light in the entryway made the room look terrible when we came in, but it was fine when that light was off. Breakfast was waffles, hardboiled eggs, breads, and cereals. We were told there...

The first floor is all smoking and smelled horrible. We were on 2nd floor and our room smelled like urine, even though the bathroom was clean. The sheets smelled of smoke. I had to keep the bathroom fan on to cut down the urine smell. The pool was out of order, the TV/cable was out of order. I woke up...

Our room was filthy with dead bugs all around the floor. The pool was littered with dead bugs. There was a huge spider at the bottom of the pool crawling around. The owners were extremely difficult to work with. They claimed that because their hotel is in a field this happens...the pool is inside!

This hotel has great pillows, and gave us 6 for two people. There is a refrigerator and coffee maker, and hairdryer. Iron and board. There was no "do not disturb" sign in my room, nor in two other rooms that family stayed in. I made reservations for my two sisters and myself; our rooms were situated as had been requested...

It was a holiday weekend. We had trouble booking a hotel room in Wichita or elsewhere at a rate we could afford. But this place had good rooms available at a good price. It is newer and close to I-35. Very good overall, though disappointed that hot tub did not work while we were there. We would definitely stay there...

The pool was OK it...
