We have family living in Locust Grove so staying at the Best Western there is very convenient for us. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The suites are a nice size. Carpet is looking a little worn but it is clean.

This time our experience was very disappointing - indicating management/ownership problems. A few examples: Pool & spa not working - staff knew nothing. Cold water was hot. Bathroom fan didn't work. Staff refused to put out more food and empty overflowing trash cans 30 minutes before the posted end of breakfast. Next time we'll stay in Pryor!

If travelling through or to the Locust Grove area off of 412, you could not go wrong with this hotel. The price is quite reasonable, rooms were very clean and updated, and the staff was some of the best I've exerienced. I will stay here many times again as my travels take me through this part of the Oklahoma.
