Recently stayed (May 8-10) three nights at Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel. The hotel is beautiful with an open atrium and glass elevators. My room on the club floor was excellent. Service was excellent. Great location... adjacent to convention center, Brick Town, ball park, arena, Amtrak, close the memorial. Highly Recommended! More

This was my first visit to OKC for a business conference and meeting at the FFA headquarters. I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel located in the city center. From what I discovered over the course of my stay was that the city has very much evolved of the past 10 years, especially recently (more of this later). The hotel is... More

We were a little disappointed in this hotel, only because we felt it lacked some amenities that we've come to expect, especially for the price of the room. No in-room safe, no refrigerator, microwave or mini-bar, only one tiny towel rack big enough for the bath mat. You couldn't use your towel again if you wanted to, because you couldn't... More

The Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel is just seconds away from the Bricktown Entertainment District where our guests can find great restaurants, retailers and entertainment venues. We’re delighted you enjoyed our location as well as staff and fitness center. It would be our pleasure to welcome you back again in the future. More

Right next to Bricktown you are a five-ten minute walk to the canal and some nice restaurants and brewery. There is an executive lounge with food and beverages as well as a limousine parked downstairs ready to take you wherever you want to go. The rooms are clean though not as modern as the lobby. I don't think I'd stay... More

Sadly this was a very poor experience. As strong Marriott brand loyalists we have been to quite a few Marriott brand hotels including other Renaissance hotels. This one was by far the worst experience we've had. To start, the valet pricing is standard and we had no issue with the $25/day. The problem is that the hotel does not have... More

Valet took 45 minutes to get car. The Lobby was packed with people waiting for cars. Way overpriced for the quality of rooms and service. Concierge-a joke-printed out a map from mapquest after a 30 minute wait. Then it was for the wrong destination. Egg undercooked for room service $18! Two thin towels for two ppl in room for all... I just spent the night at the Renaissance and conducted a confernece in the ajoining conference center. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and I have found the valet staff to really work hard to assist guest. However, I can not say the same for the level of service offered by the hotel staff. First... More

It is disappointing when a guest leaves and feels they did not have their expectations met nor does it reflect the high standards of customer service that we set. While we never like to read that one of our guests has experienced poor service, we are always grateful for the feedback so that we may address the issues with our... More

We have stayed at this hotel 9 times over the last 9 years. So we are familiar with the hotel. We like the location, with in walking distance to Brick town. Valet parking is the best way to park, but runs $25 per night. Generally very busy on Saturday nights. There is always a major event in town. Best deals... More

I booked through Hotels.com. Received confirm. Paid full price for the week ($1200). Well, the Renaissance over-booked. Everyone has their share of blame in this one. Yes, it was booked through Hotels.com, but it is up to Renaissance to update their inventory. I received a phone call from Hotels/Expedia the day I was to check-in, as I was boarding the... More
