I just checked in to this hotel, staying for 3 night conference. The front desk was nice enough, very helpful and let me check in early (I'm Marriott Gold reward member). The room was OK at first, upon closer inspection I found it not clean at all. Shower walls were dirty, clearly not scrubbed down. Desk work area had long... More

Ewww.... That is the only thing I can say about our bathroom. The room itself was okay, fairly clean, but the bathroom was gross. Tons of different type of body hairs on the bathroom floor, from obviously different people (Caucasian as well as black etc...) It was like they hadn't cleaned the bathroom well in a long time. On the... More

Thank you so much for your feedback about your stay with us. It’s disappointing that your stay was not absolutely perfect. We certainly would have loved the opportunity to have made improvement during your stay. We hope that you will give us another try on your next trip to Bricktown. More

Checked in only to be told that the king bed I reserved was not available, "sorry" she says, nothing else but 2 beds. Mmm, guess I can live with that but voiced that there were several Marriott properties in the area and I would defently not be staying at this hotel again, after a reservation is just that, I reserved... This is a hotel that is just steps away from great restaurants, etc in Bricktown. It is right across the street from the Cox Convention Centre and Myriad Botanical Gardens. Many things within walking distance. More

This was the second time we've stayed in this hotel so my daughter could attend a concert at the Chesapeake Arena. Both times I've requested balcony rooms and received them. The rooms are nice and clean, although they are pretty expensive, but the convenience to the arena, makes it worth it. Beds are comfy with tons of pillows! My only... More

We booked this just a couple of days before our stay with Marriott Rewards Points (only 15,000). We were to Arkansas from a vacation in New Mexico. As we pulled up to the hotel, we were shocked by the roadblocks and crowds of pedestrians in the area and soon learned that the OKC NBA team (Thunder) was playing the Spurs... More

My son and I went for a Thunder game and stayed on a friend's recommendation (BTW, this property is literally only a few yards from the Chesapeake Energy Arena where the Thunder play, which made our walk to the game and our seats about five minutes!). Also on our agenda was a stop at the OKC Memorial/Museum. Perfect spot to... More

The Bad: We specifically reserved a balcony room and were told that if we called in advance, they would hold one for us. We called the day of our check in and were told that they had none left. Perhaps we should have called the day before, but when a hotel allows reservations of a particular room type, they need... More

Family of 3 adults and one child. Room was very tight for all of us. Great view of Brick Town and within walking distance of Brick Town. They had valet but we didn't use it although we should have. My family stayed at this Courtyard during a trip to OKC for a Thunder game. Upon arrival, we determined that our reservation was for the NW OKC location. The staff cancelled that reservation for us and booked us at this location, which was perfect for our trip. Highly recomend this hotel. More
