This was a nice surprise -- a lovely, roomy Best Western. It was rather difficult to see from the highway, and then difficult to access, even with GPS -- roads winding around. But well worth the trouble. Nice staff, too.

The hotel was very clean as was the room. Bed was comfortable which provided a good night's rest. Bathroom did not have any ventilation fan. Front desk personnel were very pleasant and friendly. I think room was overpriced; nothing fancy but its location to casino drives the pricing.

Keeping in mind that this is an economy hotel compared to other hotels near Winstar Casino, it was a disappointment. Staff was friendly but seemed to accept that rooms could have been cleaner. This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were very spacious, all well appointed, and very clean. They were, however, quite expensive. The nice thing is the free shuttle to the casino and back so if you are inclined to have a few drinks at the casino, your covered. Personally, I think if I go again, I will stay in... More

I thought that the room and location at this establishment was pretty good. The price of the room I thought was a litte pricey but none the less the room was comfortable and their was access to a shuttle bus arriving every 20 min during the hour to transport to the Winstar Casino.

Need I say more. The management staff was rude when I complained about the bugs. We were extremely upset with the lack of customer service. In addition to the cock roaches, our hotel neighbors partied unitl 2a.m. My husband I were totally disgusted, and we will never be back to this estabilishment.

This hotel was nice but pretty expensive considering, but you are right by the casino and they do have a shuttle bus to take you back and forth. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice, room was very nice and clean. Casino shuttle is very handy. Will be sure to stay there on our next trip to that area. We slept in and missed breakfast. Wish it lasted later... other than that, great stay!
