“3 Double Beds, a Bit Tired”

The most outstanding feature of this hotel was that we had a room with 3 double beds for our family of 5. Usually we struggle to squeeze into 2 queens or, if we're lucky, 2 queens and a sofa bed. “One Night Stay”

We were in town to race at the Cottage Grove Race Track. Hotel was close to track,. We arrived very late Fri. night ,person at front desk very helpful and cheerful for the late hour. Room was clean and quiet. Free breakfast in morning ,we took a past. Close to I- 5 off ramp.

Stayed the previous night in Tulare, CA for only $75. This was $30 more, and missing one amenity Tulare had, a bar with food for the weary traveler. “Overall Nice, Needs Attention to Detail”

Overall we liked our stay at this hotel. The weekend we were here they also had a kids basketball team staying in the hotel. The staff of this Best Western are both friendly and helpful. Jessica (the manager) is extremely cordial and seems to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. I have had the opportunity to stay at several Best Westerns and found this one to be the friendliest.

“Mold in bathroom. Unfriendly staff”

Spend your money elsewhere. Room 104 smelled bad when we walked thru the door. Mold on the ceiling. Prices are way too high for this worn down establishment. Service was less than stellar. I will never stay at another best western in my life time. I should have slept in my car.

“Long Drive - Good Night's Sleep”

We stayed at the BW Cottage Grove Inn on a long trip, returning from Mexico to Canada. It was relatively easy to find off the Interstate 5 which helped as it was already dark by the time we arrived. This was a very nice place to spend the night. The hotel is obviously not brand-new, but that's ok. It could stand some very minor updating that I'm not going into.
