Overall the hotel is very good, clean, farely quiet, breakfast was very good. Didn't use the pool but looked well kept. The only problem the I have is with the price that you pay for what was recieved. Other chain hotels are just as nice and their price well below this one.

Hotel nice, front desk service needs some improvement. Had a concern and never could get the manager to call me? Had to go to corporate, and start a file. Be nice to get person to person on the phone and not an email. Important if you are a manager.

This property was very nice with up-to-date and attractive furnishings throughout the property. Staff was helpful and for the price we paid, it was a great value. Beds were super comfortable!!! “Great Hotel but”

This was the second time staying at University Inn. Everything was good except for the pillows, and the coffee. It was the worst coffee I have ever had, the poor women running the breakfast was swamped with people all at once and it didn't seem like the manager was willing to help.

The service was quick and always with a smile. My room was clean roomy. There was never a problem with the room temperature - easy to regulate. The buffet breakfast was great. The room was very quiet and I always felt safe.
