Close to the entrance of Crater Lake N.P. in a quiet, set-back-from-the-road setting these cabins are perfect for a winter time stay. There's a small kitchen, a central old fashioned oil heater, comfortable beds and a bathroom with hot water in the shower/tub combo. The place was very clean, though as other reviewers had mentioned, there's dust on the floor... More

Great place to stay when visiting Crater Lake and area. The owners/hosts are super friendly and helpful, the cabins are very clean and neat, and the interiors have been well taken care of to retain the origianl 30's detail and feel. Very comfy bed & Annie Creek running nearby is wonderful background music. Super quiet as well. The rates are... More

Great place to stay when visiting Crater Lake or just to relax for a couple of days. There is no plasma tv, internet, or Jacuzzi, but the place is special! The property is still somewhere in the sixties, but you will be amazed how well it is maintained and how much style it has. The first thing you notice is... More

The room was clean and quaint. It was very different as we have always stayed in hotels. It was a fantastic change from the hustle and bustle of our regular routine. 10 min from Crater Lake. We spent family time hiking to the little creek, playing UNO and telling ghost stories. Lit the heater each morning and really connected. It... More

Wilson's Cottages is the perfect way to spend a family vacation away from the chaos of city life. The cottages are modest but very clean, pine soap and clean towels were the first things I noticed. Be forewarned that the geographical area is comprised of volcanic ash so if you track it into your cottage it will be because of... More

The cottages are about 7 miles northwest of Ft. Klamath, OR. They were built in the 30's and the owner has retained as much as that old style as possible. If you want the luxury and all the conveniences of a modern motel, don't stay. If you like the older look and feel and the nostalgia and quaintness that goes... More

If you've read bad reviews of Wilson's Cottages, then they are simply from folks who somehow expected a hotel experience just outside of a secluded national park. If you are looking for a couple of cozy notches above a camping experience that includes a bed, a kitchen, and a shower, then this is your place. The cottages were hand-built with... More

We stayed here because it was the only thing we could find with vacancy. The price was amazing. I think it was about $100 for a 2 bdrm cottage with a garage. On check in we were asked if we wanted coffee for in the morning. We are both coffee drinkers so we said yes. I was then handed a... More

these cottages are more like cabins - very rustic ones. not so clean (we wiped up a spill on the floor and the paper towel was thick with dusty grime). we all loved the setting, unfortunately the CRAZY amount of mosquitos ALL DAY in the crater lake area kept us from enjoying it. very peaceful, plenty of dishes/pans to borrow.... A throw back from a more than a few decades ago. We rented 2 of the larger cottages, one of which had a large kitchen area and used that as our base for the extended family on the way to Crater Lake. If you are looking for a holiday inn, this is not your kind of place. If you want... More
