Older, family run property well located in the center of town. I stayed in a very clean, large room on the back side of the complex. Basket of free snacks, coffeemaker, microwave, fridge - all the amenities that most chains charge twice the price for. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Klamath Falls.

Our hotel room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was on the smaller side but nice. There was a flat screen tv, a lap desk and a basket full of treats and a couple bottles of water.

Stayed at this motel on the way down to CA. Room was large with a very comfortable bed and large flat screen TV. Free wifi and continental breakfast. Nice brewpub next door for dinner. The motel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this for travelers.

V.clean room with lots of little extras (free snacks/coffee/bottled water). Good value for money and walking distance to top three tripadviser restaurants. Will come again in the fall as the hiking is said to be very good.

This super old hotel has seen a lot of wear so don't expect Holiday Inn Express inside.
