This is the 3rd time, I've enjoyed my stay at the Phoenix. I had read a couple of negative reviews before my stay last week and I requested a quiet room. The person on the phone was very helpful and cordial. When I arrived (late) it was no problem, my room was ready. I forgot my pillow in the car... More

We were down for a funeral, and wanted to stay close to the cemetery and where the family lives. We stayed three nights. It was "ok" but nothing to write home about. It is old, and could certainly use some cleaning up and upgrading. Our only real complaint was the ants. They were just little sugar ants, but waking up... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your stay! My apologies for the sugar ants in your room, as they do come out sometimes at this time of year and we rely on guests help in reporting so we can tell our regular pest control guys of any issues. We do hope you try us again... More

We stayed two nights at Phoenix Inn and loved our stay. The breakfast was the best we have had. It included biscuits and gravy and egg burittos along with the regular breakfast items of waffles, cereal, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries. Staff was friendly and helpful in every way. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I loved the quiet, dark... More

My husband and I had a horrible experience yesterday evening when attempting to check in to the Phoenix Inn. We arrived at 8pm after a long day of travel and were greeted by a timid, but nice woman at the front desk. She checked us in and gave us our room key. The room was located right next to the... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review...your feedback is important so that I may address the issues here. We always explain the Studio suite very well when it is our last room available, and I am sorry to hear that it was not to your standards, being next to the elevator does make it undesirable. The situation... More

Cheap looking room with musky smell. Mold around bathtub and bathtub fixtures. All furniture out of date and worn. Here on business and the hilton just around the corner is much nicer and has better customer service. Girl at front desk was short and didnt even look at the requests i had put on the reservation. Just not up to... More

By staying out of town but near I-5 we could drive into town for the Opera and save by parking for $6 after 6pm. Price was excellent value too with excellent restaurants and a shopping center nearby with the vineyards not that far out to the west near Carlton and Newberg.

After all taxes, my quote for two days was $132 ($66 per night). I reluctantly elected to "try" the Phoenix Inn, with the thought of saving a bit of money (I normally spend $99 - $109 after taxes per night). The experience was almost as good as those well-known motels that charge almost double after taxes. Quite clean, quiet, good... More

My daughter is at Lewis & Clark so I visit this area often and have stayed at all the hotels at this exit. (Fairfield, Crown Plaza and Hilton Garden).
