Pet friendly, family friendly water front. upper floor excellent view. Downtown. Near a very good coffee shop and bar. Good restaurants in town. Some noise leaks from adjoining suite. We stayed over Mothers' day weekend - surprised at the quality of the mattress.

Friendly staff, and a clean & comfy room made for a great bargain. And the location can't be beat! The only thing we could have used was a fan since it was a rare 85 degree day in May! Next time we would like to be in the newer building on the corner of Laneda with the private balconies.

My dog and I had a great time at the Sunset Surf Motel. The room was really clean and spacious - it looked freshly remodeled. The bed was nice and comfy and the staff was very friendly. What could be better than walking out of your hotel room, across a quiet street and onto a great beach?
