I stayed here for a week last summer. It was a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and very updated (our room had a nice kitchen/living room area), the breakfast in the morning was great, the pool was very nice. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, not even a small complaint. The parking was good, and they... More

I've stayed in several courtyards around the world. This is the dingiest one I've been to. The place just needs an update. The carpets look like they are 20 years old. While my bed was comfortable and the TV was new, the bathroom and furnishings in my room were dated. The elevator smelled like a mixture of cleaning chemicals and... More

Dear HGZ, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We understand that you had quite the selection in hotels and appreciate you choosing ours to be your "home-away-from-home." I wanted to send a quick note to apologize that our property wasn't as new and comfortable as others you have stayed at. Good news though... More

Let me first start by saying that this is a Marriott Courtyard. Over the past few years there have been big changes in all Courtyards by Marriott from a service standpoint. they all seemed to have slipped a little That being said, like all Marriott properties this is a clean and safe property near restaurants and shopping. Now for specifics... More

Let me start off by saying I am a Platinum member of Marriott and a owner of a Marriott Timeshare in South Lake Tahoe so I stay at a lot of Marriott locations. I think I have a good idea as to what each brand (Courtyard, SpringHill, Fairfield, Residence Inn, Marriott's etc.) has to offer and how their properties should... More

This was my first stay at this hotel. The TV remote in my room would not work properly so I went to the front desk to get a replacement. That one did not work either. I asked about getting another and it never happened. Later the same evening I hit the exercise room and found yet another remote not working.... More

OK, so it's just a Courtyard and what do I expect....Well, considering I'm a Marriott Rewards Elite Member, I don't expect to be put next to the elevator, on the noisiest side of the hotel. Actually quite a small room, and honestly it didn't seem to have been upgraded with the "new" bedding and pillows. The place was clean and... More

We stayed at this Courtyard quite by accident, after snow forced us from Crater Lake Lodge a day early. This is a clean, somewhat soulless place, but inexpensive, as it's 6 miles from downtown Portland(easily reached from I-5). Ask for discounts(AAA, AARP) and for about $100 you'll get a QQ room w/ a river view. We left early for a... More

Beware of this Marriott!! No complimentary breakfast. Will not honor room requests. Expensive restaraunt. The west side of the building faces the freeway and is ugly, ugly, ugly. The staff are snotty and unhelpful. I'm a Marriott frequent traveler but I won't be staying in this one again. Period!! More

I don't understand why people are giving this place terrible reviews. I found the hotel to be perfectly fine and the service was very good. For the price, I don't know why anyone would complain. The only recommendation I have for this hotel is that it could use a little updating in the rooms. More
