The spa was broken. The pool was so cold there were teenagers that wouldn't get in it! The sauna had a bowl without a handle to pour the water onto the hot rocks, which resulted in burned hands! The room had peeling wallpaper and smelled terribly of cheap men's cologne! The bed was comfortable, but only came with throw pillows!

One ice machine for 4 floors, and it was out of order as was the spa. Rooms smelled of smoke but it was supposed to be non-smoking. Bed was decent but there was an odor to the shets that bothered us.

Stayed here because of value for a hotel with an indoor pool close to Portland. Went to the zoo and the Portland Pet Expo with very little difficulty. The breakfast is not great, but with so many choices relatively close by car, it was not a problem.
