“Comfortable”

Room might be a bit dated, but very comfortable . Staff extremely helpful. Comes with hot breakfast (serve yourself). You need to drive to everything, but that was ok. Has all the amenties in your room, including fridge, sink etc.

“nice place to lay your head, and waffles too”

room was clean and very quiet. The staff was wonderful. Not near the beach but everything is within a short drive. for the price I would highly recommend to any traveler looking for a comfy place to sleep. Oh yeah , enjoyed the waffles, glad that they are back.

“Relaxing”

Perfect for a weekend away!!! Me my boyfriend and daughter stayed in the suite over Mother's day weekend. It was relaxing, quiet and had amazing room service. After a few hours on the road it was nice to lay down in the plush cozy bed. Almost didn't want to get up! What a fun night away for the family!

Awesome! Very glad the weekend was so enjoyable for all of you. We have standard suites with queen size beds, sitting areas with pull-out sofas, and kitchenettes with mini fridges/microwaves. We also have a jacuzzi suite with a king bed, jacuzzi tub, and mini fridge/microwave. We don't have "room service" as in delivering food to your room, but do work... More

Good value, clean. Friendly is very stuff. Good free breakfast. Very recommended. Because other hotel by the beach is very pricy at that time of the year. So I would reccommend this hotel for anyone thats looking for a cheaper price for a hotel.

Stayed here as a last minute trip to the beach. Website said 8 blocks to beach but it would be a long 8 blocks. Bed was like brick. Little kitchenette was nice to have. “Good value”

A little outdated, but clean and comfortable. They had a mattress pad on the bed that kept slipping so my husband woke up several times during the night with the end of the pad in the middle of his back, but this was the only annoyance.

“A Consistently Excellent Stay”

We have stayed here many times - when it was a MicroTel and now as a Guesthouse. Consistently excellent service from all staff members - especially Steve Coletta [Manager]. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Best value in Seaside!
