From the initial reservation to our checkout, the customer service was excellent. Accomodations were outstanding and the price for what we experienced was top notch. We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary at Five Pines and had a delightful time. We loved the well appointed cabin, enjoyed the beer and wine reception, and appreciated the local fare at the complimentary breakfast. I had a massage at Shibui, which was wonderful as well. The cabins are so comfortable and afforded us a sense of privacy. The entry has a wet bar and hidden in the cabinet a small refrigerator, but no microwave.
