Very clean. Staff is exceedingly friendly. Returned to my room around 5pm and it had not been cleaned. We didn't complain, as we were heading to the pool anyway - just asked for it to be cleaned upon our return. Cleaning staff was sent before we could reach the elevator and handed us a $10 gift card to Dunkin Donuts....

We stayed with two young children for about a week. Overall people were helpful and things were clean. There were a few times it was hard to get around in the halls due to the housekeeper carts blocking the way.

Made a last minute "Award" reservation here and did not check reviews first. We arrived around 5:00 PM and front desk welcome was as expected. Quickly handed keys to room 242. No issues, but for whatever reason the room just didn't feel clean - I think it was the look of the carpeting.

I stay in hotels 3 nights a week and usually really like the hilton garden inns. This one was just okay. The common areas, elevator, hallway, etc. were in desperate need of cleaning. The next day i saw no difference, still dirty. The room was cleaned okay.
