As a traveler, this hotel was extremely clean. The staff was amazing and the free breakfast also good. They actually don't water down the waffles. Trust me been to many places where they do water the waffles down. when in the area I will always, gladly, give them my business.

There are a few nicer spots in Scranton but this Microtel Inn was excellent value. Clean and simple, good television choices, adequate breakfast and a free newspaper. Wifi was surprisingly fast which was useful. Not hard to find a way into Scranton although there is a significant amount of construction right now. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
