“Great Customer Service”

Customer service was great, very friendly and helpful. The location was good. The rooms were/are in need of some TLC but it served it's purpose for 2 nights. There was a breatfast available but we didn't use it because we slept in. I would stay here again.

I recently spent 3 nights here while visiting my boyfriend in Franklin and there's not much I can complain about. It's no 5 star hotel but it's worth the $50 a night I paid. The manager was very friendly, let us switch our reservation from the card to cash with no issues. The room was very clean and quite roomy.... More

I recently spent 4 nights in the Super 8. The sheets were never changed during my stay. There were black marks on the sheets upon check-in and should have probably been thrown away long ago but instead the manager will probably use them until they fall apart. The spread on the bed reeked of smoke and needed to be washed.... More
