We stayed at the Falls Port Inn in late April. Never heard of it before. We had to stay somewhere nearby and had to bring our dog. Found the place on the web. The room was spacious, comfortable, and Incredibly clean. Steve the owner was very friendly and everyone there loved our dog. Also, the restaurant was top notch and reasonably... More

My fiance and I decided to stop in at this restaurant while we were visiting the Poconos for valentines day and I'm glad that we did. The experience was excellent! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with friendliness and hospitality. We hadn't made a reservation, but it wasn't a problem. The staff found us a nice table... More

We came up to Hawley for our 1-yr. anniversary and decided to have dinner at the Falls Port Inn based on the numerous reviews of the place. Upon walking in, we were greeted by the owner, who offered us a taste test of some new food he was trying. The dining room was actually closed due to a wine tasting... More

We spent Oct. 23th -Oct. 25th in this historic hotel. We were greeted by the owners when we first walk through the doors. They were very nice, warm and friendly to us. The Guest room was beautiful and took us back into time. The antique furnishings were very nice and help set the mood that we were staying in a... More

We stayed 2 nights. Room was beautiful & large, & price was definitely affordable. Bathroom was small, but sufficient--they hope to enlarge soon! Yes, street was noisy in the a.m.'s, but because this town goes to sleep early, you can certainly have a good night's sleep before the morning noise kicks in! Our friends stayed on the other side of... More

We went here for one night while visiting our daughters at a nearby camp. The owner was nice but a little intoxicated. He upgraded us to the better suite but it turned out that the suite was facing the street in the front, So, in the AM we were confronted by the sound of roaring trucks rolling down main street.... We chose this inn from a list of possibilites given to us by the summer camp our children attend in the area. After checking out the inn's website, which showed nicely appointed rooms priced (at almost half the rate we were eventually charged), we called and booked our stay. Upon arrival, check-in was quite disorganized even though it was not... More
