What a pleasant surprise. We found a lovely affordable Inn. Whitetail Ridge in, located in Huntingdon Pa. The small family owned Inn was perfect. This tiny, remodeled motel has everything we need; the rooms are clean, comfortable, cozy, and moderately priced. It's close to area restaurants and to Juniata College. Just saying thanks for a great place to stay with friendly service. We were able to have our pet with just a small fee. Close to good eating establishments. Very clean. If we had any questions the manager had all the answers. She told us it was a family run business which is what made it so personable.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in one of the upgraded rooms with the beautiful rustic log furniture. The bathroom was GREAT!! We will stay here again. The lady that was at the front desk was great. I forget her name but she was just a doll.

Major remodel very inviting decor and clean and that is where it ends. No towel bars, only 2 small hooks so we used door knobs; small size towels; carpet was no-pile commercial; shower was the small box-style hitting elbows on sides no matter which way you stand; broken vending machine; no tea bags, just an over used stained coffee pot.... Stayed here once in June 2007, thought it was nice and quaint, so came back in September 2007. I came to check in and no one was there (insert cricket sounds), waited a half an hour (insert more cricket sounds). Owner finally returned to tell me that she had no rooms.
