I would like to comment on the natural beauty of the people that restored this natural place. The mother, father and son (and cat). I can only see goodness in the hearts and souls of these people. The moment I met the mother, she was cutting weeds from the swimming pool (and we exchanged advice on cutting tools available in... More

We stayed for a week at this very authentic house in a beautiful setting with views that will entertain you forever. Our room (Blu) had very comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and (unrestored) original fresco's on the ceiling. The staff and owners made us feel very welcome at their property and clearly put a lot of thoughts in providing all... More

It's fantastic that places like Paluffo even exist in real life, and when staying there you feel luck that this beautiful house - set in a breathtaking Tuscan location - was turned into a b&b for you to enjoy. The way it has been restored succeeds in the nearly impossible task to not only preserve its beauty, but also actually... More

We stayed in the Stillo Apartment in Il Paluffo in March for 6 nights, and we really loved it and would recommend it to everyone. The view over the Tuscan hills from the apartment can make anyone relax instantly. The apartment consisted of two rooms, the main bedroom is excellent, there is a walk in wardrobe, and a nice big... My husband and I stayed at Il Paluffo in late May, 2012 and had an amazing time at this beautiful property. If quiet, picturesque Tuscan countryside with magnificent views is what you are seeking, this is the place. Our room was comfortable, quiet, immaculate and just plain lovely. The management and staff could not have been more kind and helpful.... More

Il Paluffo provided us with the perfect tuscan experience. We traveled with two other couples and appreciated the modern touches in a beautifully restored setting. The view is fantastic, and the bio pool says this is not just another cookie cutter resort. While they were there when we needed them, we appreciated the hands off approach of the staff, who... More

We spent a blissful week at Il Paluffo, which worked both as a perfect base for tourism in Tuscany and as a resort in itself. The owners, Lianna and Luca have completed a renovation of an ancient olive oil mill and residence, complete with a pool overlooking archetypical Tuscan hills with San Gimignano visible in the distance. The house is... More

We enjoyed our family's stay in the Stilo apartment in June but there were a number of issues with the accommodation. The medieval nature of the building made for rather dank and dark accommodation. It isn't a cosy space that you'd choose to stay in for long. The service was very "hands off". You were left to get on with... More

Dear guest, the Paluffo is both a B&B and a self catering apartments. In the apartment there are 2 or more bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room and a private garden. The apartments fit better who want to have a small private house, the B&B is appreciated by travelers who love a complete relax. Anyway we offer... More

We had a wonderful weekend in the main house B and B. The place seems to be off the beaten track, but it is a great find- a historic building, elegantly restored, with modern comfort ( really comfortable beds and fabulous bathrooms) and style ( that mixture of antique and modern the Italians do so well). It's a kind of... More
