“Best Travelodge Ever”

We have stayed in many travelodges.....but this was far the best we have ever stayed at. It is benefiting form a refurb, not sure if it is still going on, we heard and saw no building works. “Comfortable friendly hotel”

This hotel has recently been renovated and refurbished with new beds so was very comfortable and clean. Wasn't sure about the receptionist when we arrived as a little sharp, but when we needed help she was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Stayed here for one night,had read previous reviews and was contemplating staying elsewhere at a considerable greater cost.Checked website night before and saw the establishment had had a makeover so decided to stay.Place was fine ,new beds ,freshly painted,pictures etc.bathrooms not revamped,well not in our room.
