Had to wait ten minuites for receptionist before anyone welcomed us. Room not pre-heated.Restaurant cold,food very mediocre,breakfast dreadful. Left early,never will return EVER Mushrooms massacred at breakfast,atmosphere of indifference to customers,when we left early having paid on arrival for both nights,was charged for one orange juice, no desire to go out of their way or show good will.

I was the only guest as it was a mid week stay just before Xmas. Lovely warm welcome. Comfortable room. Had a very good nights sleep. Excellent breakfast. Really really tasty. Very good value. Would recommend.

My wife and I stayed for one night and having read reviews decided to go for a superior room. We found it to be snug but friendly and clean. Breakfast was very good and the Haddock delicious . We would gladly stay again.
