A very enjoyable Sunday lunch we chose the roast beef with all the trimming the extra gravy was welcomed followed by apple crumble and mango brûlée. All very good and very good friendly service as well.

Torn between a 4* or a 5* on this one. Went for 5*! Very nice pub/restaurant, i really like the atmosphere, very good pub/restaurant food, always busy. Service is very good, particularly the guy (i think hes the owner), very attentive and good bloke Food was really good too and well priced!

Had a lovely Saturday night stay here, the staff were helpful and friendly and the room was lovely. I especially liked sitting on the couch by the fire downstairs. I always worry slightly when booking somewhere unknown but I'd certainly recommend this place, I hope to go back and have a meal there sometime!

Hadn't been to this pub for years but decided to give it a try, well we were pleasantly suprised, the food was excellent the staff were welcoming and friendly and the menu was very reasonably priced, so we will definately be returning soon.
