I recently stayed for 2 nights with my husband using a groupon voucher. On arrival we were welcomed in a friendly manner, the room was clean and comfortable. Rude, sarcastic, unhelpful, completely unprofessional and even send one word email replies!! I think the owners have serious delusions of grandeur issues here definitely. What I would say us that if they don't want customers booking discounted rooms then don't advertise on there! Simple! More
