Stayed for 2 nights.Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Treated us like they were doing us a favour.Linen had blood stains. Hotel room was very cold. They had no extra duvets. Had to wait for almost 1 hour for an hour because they had no housekeeping staff to bring it to my room. Very rude staff.
