“Misleading and non-existent offers”

I recently visited this pub/restaurant with friends. We had seen the sign showing the offers and placed our order. The assistant charged us a lot more than we expected. When we queried it, quoting the offers advertised, he said that they were no longer valid (no dates displayed on advert). We asked them to honour their advertised prices but they... More

“Premier Inn at Helston (Cornwall)”

A very good hotel close to Helston. Good restaurant, hotel room clean and tidy with excellent housekeeping. Hotel was quiet and the staff very friendly and helpful. An excellent choice to stay in Helston. I would definately use again.

“Excellent helpful staff.”

We were there for the Fury Dance. Parking was safe and the walk into town did not take long. Mel on reception told us about a great restaurant at Porthleven.( Thank you Mel ) Very comfortable beds and breakfast at the Inn across the car park was just fine. A very well run Premier Inn.

“Dated Hotel but very lovely staff!”

Went for a short bank holiday break. Compared to other Premier Inns visited, this one felt a bit dated and 'worn in'. The staff though were excellent. Very friendly and attentive with lots of information about the local area.

Our 2 friends from Canada came for a 3 week visit & we wanted to show them plenty of England. The Pemier Inn at Helston in Cornwall was a vey central base for visiting the county, & a very clean & comfortable place to stay, at a reasonable price.

“Warm welcome”

Just a short review, as with all premier inn I stay at there clean comfortable & good value for money, kid friendly with lots of free parking. Good pub grub & not silly prices. The wifi is cheap too @ £3 for 24 hour.

Staff were very friendly. Really lovely and engaging. Good base to stay. Will certainly back and stay here agin. The room was superb as premier inn is always Can't fault the stay. The restaurant was as always good.

The room was very clean ,the staff very friendly,the food in the may tree restaurant very nice, and also the furnishing there beautiful.it was set in a really lovely location , the staff told us to make sure we let them know if we needed extra tea towels or an iron and also recommended somewhere to visit

We were visiting Cornwall for a funeral and this was the perfect location for where we had to go. Room was clean and comfortable. The front staff were really good - they all deserve commendation for going the extra mile. I've been at prestigious hotels with disinterested staff, so well done at Helston!
