The proprieter,Simon welcomed us with a pot of tea and later provided plates and wine glasses so that we could eat our own food. The location is perfect, only a few minutes from the Eden Project. It is on the outskirts of a village and when I initially arrived the road was quite busy, but the traffic soon died down and it was very quiet. You wont find any exotic night life in Stenalees, but you will find this first-class B&B in a lovely cottage environment, very tastefully presented and with a beautiful garden. Service was excellent and the place spotless. Also a good central location for north and south coasts, Truro, Eden, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A delightful three night stay. Simon is the perfect host and presents intimate, impeccable accomodation and a tasty breakfast. Slept very well in comfortable bed. Excellent wifi and beautiful garden. A great location from which to explore the area including the Eden Project.

I stumbled across this gem by chance. i normally stay in a laege hotel but as this was full, decided to try something different and I glad that I did. Simon was a very good host and offered a warm welcome to a weary traveller on business. Splendid food and comfortable rooms - I will definitely book here again.
